Our methodical, precise and much practiced approach to interior design and fit out ensures a timely and cost effective service for your business. Having been in the commercial interiors game since 1988, we know just how to make the process as fast, efficient, inspiring and exciting for your business and staff as possible, and this is how we do it…

Initial Kick Off Meeting

The best way to start a project is by getting to know the people you’ll be working with so step one is all about you, your aims and your vision for an incredible interior!

We’ll meet on site so that we can perform a comprehensive survey, understand your goals and then suggest a few ideas to get the ball rolling.

2D Planning Design

You could call this the ‘traditional’ part of the design process: we create a 2 dimensional plan complete with plenty of options and alternatives, which gives you a chance to bounce ideas off our creative team.

At this point we take a first look at colour and style to really hone in on what makes your business unique.

  2. Propose alternative ideas
  3. Colour schemes proposals

Fixtures, Fittings and Finishes

We’ll give you plenty of options for furniture, fixtures and fittings, and we’ll create gorgeous moodboards that will give you a real feel for what we hope to achieve for your office interior, care home, academy, hotel, shop or… well, any commercial interiors really!

At this stage we will have agreed colours and most of the ‘big’ bits so that we can move on to the 3D design.

3D 'Real Life' Design

This is the really exciting bit! The 3D design stage gives you an incredible, tangible idea of what your finished design and fit out or refurbishment project will look like and we think you’ll be amazed!

This is also when we set the project in motion by agreeing a program, setting a concrete schedule and moving from interior design into interior reality.

The success of Rap Interiors’ projects is down to effective and consistent communication, with regular project meetings to discuss our progress.

This part of the project is when you can feel you’re in safe hands and when you can sit back and relax as we agree timescales to start the refurbishment project. That means that all you have to do is look forward to the end result and await the unveiling of your Rap-tastic project!
