Industrial & Warehouse Relocation

Expert relocation services for companies that are going places

When your current industrial space or warehouse simply isn’t right for you or your business anymore, it’s time to move, and who better to help you do so than the relocation experts here at Rap?

Detailed planning and an organised approach will ensure any business relocation goes to plan. We have the eye for detail and the approach for intricate planning and relocation processes.

Maximum effort, minimal disruption

We adopt a methodical approach to your relocation, which allows you to continue working for the maximum amount of time both before and during the move. We understand the precision and timing required in order to create a seamless transition from one place to the next, so we undertake every move with speed, efficiency and care to ensure minimum disruption. We also deal with dilapidations in your old premises to make sure that you’re not liable for any costs when you leave.*

We organise every aspect of your industrial offices or warehouse relocation, from packing up and labelling your belongings, to placing them in your new property ready for you to start work when you get there, and we assign you a dedicated project manager to help you along the way by:

  • Completing a full site survey of your new or existing premises
  • Providing a scale CAD drawing of the building and proposed interior design
  • Creating unique, bespoke designs
  • Including the latest technologies to create that ‘wow’ factor
  • Incorporating your corporate identity throughout

We have offices in Brighton, London, Croydon and Kent from which we deliver outstanding industrial and warehouse relocation to clients throughout the UK.

Dilapidations – minimising costs

*Dilapidations – If you’re on the move you will have to restore your existing workspace in accordance with your lease agreement. Dilapidations are often wrongly considered by tenants to be insignificant in comparison with rent, rates and service charges when they are seeking new premises. However, the liability to repair can have serious financial implications and therefore the tenant must seek the advice of a Chartered Surveyor on opportunities to avoid, limit or mitigate dilapidations before entering into a lease, or when a schedule of dilapidations has been served upon them.

Rap Interiors are experts in helping clients “re-use” materials and items from the industrial  space you are leaving ( that needs to be removed in line with dilaps clauses in your tenancy agreements) and utilising them into the new commercial space plan. Our Design team incorporate items we list that are to be removed into the new workspace design which reduces costs for the new industrial premises. Our value-add is always to maximise your budget and create a fantastic new workspace refurbishment.
