Our client MHA MacIntyre Hudson had recently been through a period of growth in Kent – and on a mission to grow further over the next 5 years – and needed to relocate to a larger office space which suited their expanding business requirements to a central location in Maidstone.
Rap Interiors were approached to design an office interior at our client’s new commercial office space in Victoria Court, Maidstone that was modern but corporate to suit their business brand.
The 3rd floor of MHA’s office was to be sub-let so this had to be designed to CAT A standard – this means a clean empty space – with good ceilings, lighting, flooring and decorations.
Providing concept design ideas we soon had an excited client eager for the project to progress quickly. The office fit out works on the 1st and 2ndfloors included repolishing all doors to revive the wood grain, installation of new ceiling tiles, company signage, new blinds and decorations throughout the building. Desso Essence flooring was installed on all 3 floors of the office space.
We also constructed a new meeting room, installed a new kitchen tea point on the 1stfloor and also a sliding folding wall to help divide up office departments. New office furniture including boardroom chairs,meeting tables and soft seating solutions were supplied and installed by Rap Interiors.
Overall we have refurbished an old office space into a more modern and comfortable working environment for not only MacIntyre Hudson but also their new tenants.
