Rap Interiors Operations Manager Emily Barton won an ‘Unsung Hero’ award last month courtesy of Family Business Place. Emily was nominated by the Rap Interiors team for the hard work and endeavour she has displayed in her challenging and multi-faceted role.

To celebrate the award, the Rap Interiors team was invited to a ceremony at Squerrys Winery in Westerham, Kent. Emily was one of 12 Unsung Heroes on the night, with each picking up a trophy before saying a few words on stage.

Emily, who has worked for Rap for over six years, was delighted to win the award:

“This is a very proud and unexpected moment for me. I would like to thank Rick and Julie [Rap Interiors Directors] for handing me the opportunity to work for Rap and Family Business Place for presenting me with the trophy. It certainly is an honour to receive this award and has given me plenty of motivation to continue working hard!”
