Our Interior Fit Out Process

As an experienced fit out contractor, we manage every stage of your project. From the initial consultation to the final brush stroke, we take care of your fit out to save you time and money, working “with” you rather than “for” you to ensure the best possible outcome. Our tried-and-tested transformation process has ensured countless clients have received excellent, on-brief fit outs. Here’s how we do it:

At the start of your project, we’ll send a member of our team to your space to conduct a survey. This way, we can measure up the space, fully establish your requirements and gather information for our in-house design team. Then, the fun part begins…

For projects requiring creative design, we’ll configure a space plan and devise a concept that meets your needs perfectly. With an experienced design team, we will provide creative, original concepts for your fit out project. We can even provide 3D visuals so you can see a life-like representation of the design before the works get underway.

Once the design is to your liking, our experienced project team will manage the fit out works using a meticulously devised schedule of works. Having managed fit outs for 30+ years, you can trust us to deliver a seamless transformation.

CAT A Fit Out

If you are a landlord, we can fit out your property so it is ready to put to market. Whether you need mechanical and electrical services, flooring, ceilings, fire detections, we cover the whole gamut of services to ensure your space is flawless.

CAT B Fit Out

If you are an incoming tenant, we can complete the CAT B office fit out to your unique specifications. From the aesthetic elements to furniture installation and the creation of collaboration zones, we will build a space that complements your working practices and reflects your brand perfectly.

Shell & Core

The shell & core section of the office revamp entails completing the structure and base work elements in order to get the fit out project underway. This predominantly includes the installation of lifts, washrooms, receptions, entrances, loading bays and stairs. We will coordinate this process to ensure your space is safe, functional and durable.

Dilapidations

If you’re a tenant leasing a premises, you may be required to pay for restoration works at the landlord’s request. These works are called dilapidations, and landlords can schedule them either during or at the end of a tenant’s lease. We are experts in delivering fast and seamless dilapidationshelping you to move on without unwanted stress and complications.
