Just to let you know that we are still open for business during this difficult time we find ourselves in. The health and well-being of our staff and clients is of utmost importance to us and is always a number one priority here at Rap.

We have been working closely with our teams to ensure we are helping to protect everyone but without compromising our level of service and expertise that you come to us for, and expect us to deliver. We are monitoring the situation every day as the Government updates us to ensure we are following all necessary guidelines for the safety of our employees and clients.

We have implemented some changes to ensure the safety of our employees, in the office and on site. We have minimised social contact, those who need to self isolate are working remotely and we are equipped with PPE to continue to operate in a clean environment in our clients properties.

Undeniably, your main priority is the safety and wellbeing of your employees, pupils, staff, customers and community, and so the impact of Coronavirus will have posed many challenges for you. As the Government are now recommending to self-isolate where necessary, you might have had to make the difficult decision to vacate your staff from the office or students from classrooms so that they can work and study from home.

An office or school refurbishment can be disruptive to your everyday working and learning environment if it is to be carried out within normal working and school hours, therefore empty office spaces and child-free classrooms will be much less affected. Furthermore, an empty space will ensure the fit out or refurbishment works are carried out more efficiently, with less interruption to your daily routines.

Office Dilapidations

Have you surrendered your lease and wish to relocate your business to working from home working during this difficult time?  We can help with your office dilapidation negotiations. It may be that you are planning to be leaving your current workspace and need to deliver the space back to its former state. We can help price and deliver any office dilapidations and likewise, if you’re moving to new space we can design and refurbish that too. There are huge negotiations to be had in surrendering your lease, if any previous refurbishment has been done by you, this is considered an improvement to space, since you have moved into it. This can, therefore, help with reducing the costs on surrendering on an office lease.

Office Fit Outs

If you have had to place your staff on a “Working from Home” status, this could also be a prime time to have that office refurbishment completed, without any disruption to the smooth running of your business. We are able to conduct a Skype or FaceTime call with our design team, to avoid any social contact, and providing we can see some floor plans or CAD drawings (or something similar), as well as pictures of your office, we can come up with a design and fit out plan based on this information.

We are also able to offer finance on the refurbishment through our finance partners, whom you would deal with direct, but we can obtain finance proposal for the works for you to consider.

School Refurbishments

Unfortunately, some schools are having to close earlier than the normal Easter break and therefore creating a longer holiday period. If this is the situation you may wish to bring forward any proposed summer term school refurbishment work.  We are in a strong position to prioritise your school fit out.  Along with some fantastic school designs, our team will deliver the full fit out and once we all return back to normal you will have a fantastic educational space without any major disruption.

Special Offer from Rap

Until the end of May, all projects will come with a FREE full deep clean to take advantage of the empty space. This will mean your employees/students will return to a new, clean environment with no worry about the spread of infection.
