Design Brief

Coregeo sought expert office design advice for their workspace from the team at Rap Interiors. Like many businesses, their offices needed a refresh and some vibrant innovative ideas to reflect their own brand.

Office furniture had become dated and being a busy company they had not had time to maximise the use of the office space.

The client needed expert assistance to help create a designated breakout area, better use of wasted storeroom areas, a much needed boardroom, versatile hot desking, a set up for flexible working areas and a more organised departmental office design.

Our Solution

The office area being dark, with wooden beams and an attractive timber slat feature inspired our office design team to enhance these features,  yet mix with a modern office design to brighten up the workspace overall.

Incorporating office redecorations, new office furniture and some funky lime green sliding dividers allowed brainstorming areas to be quickly created. With the addition of new office flooring and relocating office walls the client was delighted with their new boardroom, breakout space, new meeting areas, open plan office space and separate marketing areas with versatile desking options.

The Result

The transformation for Coregeo has been impressive even with such a small office area.

This office refurbishment project has created an office environment that can be used in a much better way.

Creating space, even in a small office, is often a challenging request, but by removing walls and starting with a blank canvas our interior designers enjoy creating great workspace designs for small areas.

Rap Interiors delivered the fit-out over a period of  3 weeks; working around the occupied office and around the clients operational hours

Sliding Acoustic Panel

Our new office design for Coregeo brings lots of freshness and a modern, clean look with on trend, bold and bright colours such as lime greens and cerise pinks.

To create a sense of privacy on the first floor, we installed modern sliding acoustic panels in this bright green colour to create a biophilic feel for those working in the office.

Also, the addition of the panelling creates a fantastically cost-effective divide of the existing office space adding a new informal meeting space or collaborative team breakout area behind the brightly coloured acoustic screen.

Corporate Branding Colours

Our design team at Rap Interiors made sure the strong, bold and fresh lime green and cerise pink of the Coregeo branding was sewn into the new interior design for their offices. The lime green acoustic screen and the bright pink stools complimented the brand perfectly, without overpowering the whole office space.

Similarly, our designers chose brighter walls and lighter, warmer and softer finishes, so that these colours really stood out, adding to the new and improved working environment.
