Rap Interiors Proudly Sponsors Pride Canterbury 2022

Rap Interiors was proud to sponsor Pride Canterbury for 2022 and, as always, it proved to be an incredible day!

The Rap Interiors banner was displayed on the hilltop overlooking the Dane John Gardens, where the hugely popular event took place. The banner featured our recent Bannockburn project, which we felt was perfect for the occasion due to its vibrant, multi-coloured interior. See the Bannockburn Primary School project here

The Rap Interiors team headed down to Canterbury in the morning to catch the parade, which took place along high street. As you can see from our photographs, those who marched were out in full bloom:

There was a fantastic turn out for the event, with a throng of people waiting patiently to get in throughout the day. If you are looking to go in 2023, we highly recommend you go down there early!

As for the event itself, there was plenty to do and see in the Dane John Gardens. With live music, drag acts to a DJ set from Denise Van Houten, it is fair to say that the entertainment did not disappoint. In addition to the entertainment, there was a vast selection of food, drink and souvenir vendors for those taking a break from dancing.

If Pride Canterbury 2022 is anything to go by, it is likely that next year’s event will be busier than ever. One thing is for sure is that last Saturday will live long in the memory of everyone who attended. Bring on Pride 2023!
