CAT B Fit Out Example – Albion Fine Foods

As part of a warehouse and office relocation, Albion Fine Foods needed an experienced contractor to conduct a CAT B fit out.

The works, carried out by Rap Interiors at Albion’s new industrial unit in Dartford, included the following:

  • Design and build – Carried out across multiple spaces, including the main office, dining and breakout floor, tea points, tasting kitchen, washrooms, and meeting rooms.

If you’re a landlord, we’ll create a detailed CAT A fit out proposal. This typically includes a layout of key elements, including electrical items, plumbing and HVAC systems.

If you’re a tenant, our creatives will devise an original design concept that supports your working practices and reflects your brand. This can be either a 2D floorplan design or realistic 3D render.

Next, our project team and skilled tradespeople will carry out the fit out with speed and efficiency. Our in-house project managers will devise a detailed schedule of works for this phase to provide a clear project roadmap and meet the agreed timescale.
