We employ an in-house health and safety manager who ensures everyone on site follows the necessary procedures. Often, our clients’ spaces are still operational during works, so this ensures everyone within the building is safe.

The health and safety manager also works alongside the project team to ensure your space meets high building control regulations. This means ticking the boxes for health and safety, accessibility, functionality, and more to achieve compliance.

How long does an industrial fit out or refurbishment take?

While the timescale of a transformation depends on the size and scope of the project, we have procedures in place to ensure we meet your deadline. For example, our project manager will devise a detailed work programme and conduct ongoing site supervision.

We also provide realistic 2D and 3D concepts so you feel confident the design meets your requirements before works begin. This is key in preventing changes during works and delivering a time-critical transformation.
