Mill Clinic Osteopathy, Darenth
Rap Interiors have recently completed an 8 week office design and build project creating an Osteopath clinic situated in Darenth Valley. A new business start up for Debbie Crumpton the proprietor of the Mill Clinic, Darenth.
The 8 week refurbishment project consisted of starting out with a completely empty commercial unit. A full design and build requirement from Rap Interiors to create a working business environment for The Mill Clinic.
First part of the office refurbishment
The first part of the project entailed screeding the floor, drylining of the walls, electrical installation, new suspended ceiling, sub division of office space into 3 treatment rooms, a kitchen and a disabled toilet. Rap Interiors installed the air conditioning complete with internal sound proof air conditioning enclosure – to comply with building control, all lighting, alarms, plumbing of the toilet and sinks, and installed a water heater.
The last stage of this office refurbishment was to decorate and lay new flooring, both carpet and vinyl. Corporate signage was supplied and fitted to both front and rear of the building. Installation of the office furniture completed the business space fit out.
“If you want a quality, professional complete fit out job done, and peace of mind, look no further than Rap Interiors.I had no experience of building projects and was faced with the daunting task of turning a very basic new build shell unit into a high quality osteopathic clinic. Starting with detailed site research to prepare the quote, the team at Rap Interiors translated and coordinated my needs and desires into a practical, professional looking high quality finish clinic. They even sorted out the statutory regulation approvals for me. Craig Carter (Rap Interiors Senior Projects Manager) was always calm, pragmatic, supportive and patient (with me)- especially during those few wobbly moments that occur during any building project. A hero always ready to help a “damsel in distress”! I put my trust (and money) into Rap interiors and I have no regrets.”
