Our Process

Over the last 30+ years in business, we’ve refined our process to ensure clients get a quality fit out. This has resulted in many companies becoming long term customers who value our workplace design and build expertise.

Here’s an insight into our industrial and warehouse fit out process…

  • Site Survey

  • Concept Development

  • Fit Out Works

  • Delivery

At this stage, you’ll have a space that’s full of opportunities – and potential challenges. That’s why we kick things off with a site survey to assess your unit and develop a comprehensive brief.

Our experienced surveyor will also discuss your goals and operational needs to ensure an in-depth assessment that can inform the design. The key to a successful project is in the planning, so these early steps lay the foundations for a well-executed fit out.

Next, our RIBA qualified designers will create a concept that will unlock the potential of your industrial space. With 2D or 3D visual aids, you’ll see a layout that facilitates a smooth traffic flow and maximises the available space.

The designers will also optimise your interiors with employee wellbeing in mind. Recently, they’ve improved conditions for staff by creating stunning mezzanine offices, inviting breakout spaces, and impeccable washrooms.

Once you’re happy with the design, we’ll carry out the fit out works. We’ll assign you an experienced project manager who, along with our skilled tradespeople, will work to a time-sensitive project programme.

To ensure a seamless fit out, the project manager will maintain a regular presence on site and keep you updated on developments. Our health and safety manager will also be present to carry out pre-construction safety briefings and monitor site activity.

Finally, we’ll introduce you to your new, fully operational industrial space. You’ll have everything you need to foster a productive working environment where employees can work safely and efficiently.

We’ll also remind you that we offer a client aftercare service. We care about your experience as a client from the consultation to post-completion, so all you have to do is call if you need assistance.
