Rap Interiors were originally approached by Liberty Property Trust to help design an office space for their new tenant who were relocating from Merstham, Surrey to Kent.
We were introduced to the tenants, Bellway PLC, and worked with them and their landlord to space plan their new office interiors in Kings Hill, designing commercial interiors that accommodated the number of staff they required including director’s offices, meeting rooms, break out areas, with open plan workspace design and more.
Once our office design had been agreed between the tenant and landlord, we were appointed to deliver the office fit out works to our design and specification.
The beginning of our solution included removing all existing office flooring and replacing with funky Desso Essence and Maze floor tiles, installing new power and data to the floor boxes, new office partitions and seamless glass divides which separated offices for the directors and CEO along with a meeting room and reception area.
Decorating works were carried out throughout all of the areas of the office fit out, along with AV installation and fitting of a free issue kitchen.
Bench desking, Boardroom table and chairs, storage wall, reception desk, bar stools, soft seating solutions and task chairs in Camira fabric that matched Bellway’s brand colours were just a variety of office furniture solutions Rap interiors provided.
Overall we transformed these office interiors into a modern, branded, funky working Kent divisional office space for Bellway to deliver high level of service to their clients.
