Client Brief
Questor wanted Rap’s interior designers in Maidstone to create a working environment that was appropriate for their team of young employees. Therefore, the new office needed to be vibrant, fun and modern.
Rap’s Design Solution
The office consisted of a number of spaces, including an open plan workspace, breakout area, kitchen, manager’s office and communications room.
To create a vibrant office environment, Rap’s office interior designers introduced a bold colour scheme throughout. They specifically chose Questor’s brand colours – blue and purple – to reflect their company identity, along with a bright, uplifting lime.
In the open office space, Rap painted the building’s columns in the aforementioned colour scheme for added aesthetic interest. The office chairs also sported this colour scheme and were teamed with distressed stone desks.
With the view of creating a fun workplace, Rap implemented a ping pong table, drinks fridge, bean bag chairs and an artificial grass patch into the breakout space. This area would be essential in providing the staff with a place to relax and re-energise – an important aspect for Questor.
