Gallagher Group needed an experienced office fit out company to carry out a dilapidation of one of its sites in Maidstone. The office space, located within the Hermitage Court Business Park, needed to be restored to a level of good and substantial repair and condition ready for the incoming tenants.

In order to fulfil Gallagher Group’s remit, we removed a number of the building’s existing elements, including a kitchen, skirting, air con units, flooring, blinds and partitions. Additionally, we removed glass manifestation introduced by the previous tenant, repainted all the structural walls, rearranged the smoke heads and replaced a window sill due to water ingress.
Through working with a reputable office fit out company in Rap Interiors, Gallagher Group’s office space has been restored to a state of good repair. The dilapidation works will also ensure the space is safe and habitable for the incoming tenants.
