Office Design and Fit Out in Sevenoaks, Kent

Client Brief

Full mechanical and electrical design, office space planning of CAT A space to provide suite of management offices, boardroom, breakout areas and desk positions for 39 staff.

Project Summary

Our remit was to keep the office “open plan”. This was achieved by the creative planning from our in house Design team, using large areas of storagewall to divide departments & glass offices with design branded manifestation.

Understanding our clients’ needs for future expansion for overseas departments to join them, but with the potential to sub-let space should the need arise was paramount.

Our client Trans Global moved from restricted space to the modern BT building in Sevenoaks with the new office reflecting their corporate image, which was displayed as feature walls and on the storagewall a depicting the areas of the world the company delivers business to.
