At Rap Interiors, we strive to give our clients more than a standard office design. Our Office Transformation Process

Our process is designed to make life easy for you. With a tried-and tested programme, we will ensure your transformation is a seamless success. Here is what we do:

We’ll begin by popping over to your space for a site meeting and survey. This allows us to get to know you, help us to understand your requirements and collect information for the design team. Then, the exciting part begins …

Next, our office interior designers will work on a concept with your unique requirements in mind, taking into account everything from the space configuration to aesthetic preferences and office furniture selection. To ensure you’re happy with the design, they can present a 2D plan and 3D visual so you can give your input before works begin.

This is where the magic happens! Once you give us the thumbs up for the space configuration and design, we’ll conduct the fit out or refurbishment works with our renowned speed, professionalism and efficiency. To see some of our fab office transformations, take a look at some of our projects here.

From the initial meetings with Parry who came out to identify our needs/vision as a school for our staff room and library areas. From the start of the project we were introduced to Jim who oversee the daily tasks set upon by the contractors. We came across RAP interiors in the early stages of our research for this project, and it was clear to see RAP’s experience in delivery interior and workspace transformations which is exactly what we were looking for, as well as the dedicated team you have of designers and project management. We really wanted to make a modern, collaborative working environment with inspiration from the Microsoft offices. We wanted the space to be somewhere our staff could work in teams, to inspire collaboration and creativity and demonstrate the flexibility and capabilities of Microsoft Surface devices. The office is now light & airy with lots of bold colours scattered around. Rap dealt with every part of the refurb, design, construction & furniture. We did think the whole job would have to be put on hold due to the current pandemic, but they managed to get the job done without any issue. Everyone we dealt with was so helpful and nothing was a problem. We would highly recommend Rap & would definitely use them again.
